MinistryLINQ, SmartLINQ & DonateLINQ, All Divisions of CashLINQ.Com, LLC CashLINQ.com, LLC, its affiliated companies, and its MinistryLINQ, DonateLINQ and SmartLINQ divisions (CashLINQ), offer a broad range of services to profit and nonprofit organizations, businesses and ministries. In providing our products and services, we strive to maintain reasonable industry standards to protect the security, privacy and confidentiality of information we receive. This security policy explains the steps we take in the use of information provided to us.

All CashLINQ employees are educated on the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy of information provided to us to enable us to process transactions. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to those employees who need that information to provide products and services. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with industry standards to safeguard information. Security is maintained by restricting the operations that CashLINQ personnel may perform on their PCs according to their job description. Each user of the system is required to have a user identification and password to access the system.

Our sites have the appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use industry standard “Secure Sockets Layer” (SSL) encryption. SSL encryption turns all Internet communication between users and CashLINQ into a string of unrecognizable data. This process safeguards Internet communication with CashLINQ from intruders.

Our network center is fully redundant from the server level to redundant network connectivity. Industry standard routing architecture provides fully meshed high bandwidth connections to multiple major carriers.

CashLINQ may use cookies (small bits of data stored on your hard drive on behalf of a website and returned to the website on request). We may use cookies for two purposes: to carry data about your current session at the site from one web page to the next, and to identify you to the site between visits. If you prefer not to receive cookies, you may turn them off in your browser, or you may set your browser to ask you before accepting a new cookie. Although CashLINQ uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided to us, we cannot absolutely guarantee the privacy and non-disclosure of information. We do not and will not sell, rent, lease or exchange any nonpublic personal information to any third party, except to the extent necessary to process, conduct, document and complete any transaction. However, there may be occasions where we are required or permitted by law, court order or regulation to disclose certain information.

Recurring Transactions

In order to process repeat payments, payment information must be retained.

Credit card numbers are not stored within this system. They are retained within the payment gateway itself. The gateway is fully PCI compliant.

Bank account information is encrypted with Advanced Encryption Standard using a combination of a two part key, one half assigned, the other half randomly generated, as well as a two part, randomly generated initialization vector. This is encrypted value is additionally randomly encoded when saved to the database.
